The Formation of a Foundation

Here already I start to struggle with my English. The moment legal terms are involved, it becomes difficult  Stirnrunzelnd

Are we speaking about a "Trust" or a "Foundation" if we mean "Stiftung"? How ever, I browsed  the Swiss law and found it very capable for our object:

I will do some further research in the next days and hope that we can write the constitution as soon as possible. It would be nice to involve some experienced persons for this. so I sent a request to a few Foundations with similar goals to ask them to send us there constitutional texts and to help us think through the questions.

About this blog

Here I report the newsworthy steps in the development of the project. I will do it in English as most of us understand it and the majority of the articles in this community are still in German.
