The FairWork - project stresses the question, what might arise, when open innovation and fair production / fair trade comes together in one organization. 

The idea is simple: the people who contribute innovation, conceptual work and design to the production process, are being paid fairly. This knowledge is then owned by a charitable trust. Patents and Designs will be released under a "FairWork"- license. Small manufacturers who produce under fair conditions may produce and sell the products under a joint label.

Consumers, designers, manufacturer and trader are connected in one online-community which works like a  parliament  for the charitable trust.
